Rental Conditions
Driver's License and Age: Passenger cars can be rented by people who have at least 2 years' license and are 21 years old.
Rental Period: Minimum 24 hours. For 1-day rentals, the Km limit is applied (400 km). You can purchase an Unlimited Km package. Special prices are applied for long-term car rentals.
Long-term rental: at least 2 months. Please call our offices for information on rental prices and conditions.
Prices: Prices include lubrication, maintenance, motor insurance (within legal policy limits), insurance guarantee, and value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Fuel belongs to the lessor. Chauffeur driven service and guide are available upon request. Child seat can be rented for 15 per day, provided that you notify 48 hours in advance.
Payment: Estimated rental fee is collected at the time of delivery. In addition, a deposit of 200 Euros is required to be paid back at the time of return of the vehicle. In case of delay in returning the vehicle, 1/3 of the daily rental price is charged for each additional hour, and for delays exceeding 3 hours in total, an additional fee of 1 day's rental fee is charged. No cash deposits are required from valid credit card holders.
Insurance: It is included in our prices, there is no additional charge. ( Rubber Glass Headlight ) is a non-compulsory non-insurance fund that covers minor damages (glass, headlight cracks, scratches on the hood, etc.) that occur in these regions other than the accident and do not require an accident report. In case of any accident or theft of the vehicle, accident, theft and alcohol detection reports should be obtained by applying to the nearest police or gendarmerie station without changing the location of the vehicle. Otherwise, all insurances will be deemed invalid and any damage will be collected from the tenant, including material and moral losses given to third parties. Delivery / Return: If you need to deliver the rented vehicle in a different city, one-way fee difference is applied. If you need to deliver in other cities, you can call our office to learn about our prices for these cities.
Traffic Fines: All kinds of responsibilities and financial penalties arising from non-compliance with traffic laws belong to the tenant. The time that will pass due to the detention of the vehicles by official or local authorities for any reason is considered within the contract period.
Additional Drivers: Provided that the car is included in the contract, you can purchase the "Additional Driver" service by the 2nd driver. The rented vehicle cannot be driven by anyone other than the tenant whose names are written in the contract and the second driver, if requested. Otherwise, the insurance will be deemed invalid and the renter will be held responsible for all damage. Vehicles cannot be used outside the borders of Turkey.
It is mandatory to have a TR ID number on the driver's license. It is not possible to rent with driver's licenses combined with new identities. You must have your driver's license with you.
